Seat covers

All seat covers are carefully controlled before being shipped out. We warrant you for the quality of the materials and workmanship for 1 year from the day of purchasing, as long as the use and maintenance follows our instructions. We assure you that the durability of the materials is much longer (with normal use and maintenance), however the warranties are given based on that they could easily be exposed to malicious use. The warranty does not cover any false installation or damage occurred due to installation by you. Moreover, we exclude damage on the seat cover that has occurred due to sharp items, cats or exposure to chemicals /petrol or other unidentified conditions like severe weather conditions.

Standard comfort seats & seat covers

We warrant you for all the materials used (foam & seat covers) as well as the quality of workmanship. More specifically we give you warranty for 3 years regarding the foam and one year for the seat cover of the standard comfort seat series. We assure you about the durability of the materials are much longer (with normal use and maintenance) however the warranties are given based on that they could easily be exposed to malicious use. We do not cover damages due to reinstallation attempts of the customer. Moreover, we exclude damage on the seat cover that has occurred due to sharp items, cats or exposure to chemicals /petrol or other unidentified conditions like severe weather conditions.

Custom comfort seats

Custom comfort seats are the seats that are exclusively handmade in order to fulfill the need of each customer. This category includes small changes all the way to more complex alterations of the foam. In any case it is necessary that the customer tests the seat before the seat cover is prepared. We may not guarantee the result based on how the customer has imagined it. There might be minor deviations of symmetry from the specified changes, regarding the shape, as the foam is hand-sculpted. In any case we are always at your disposal to provide the best service possible and we are giving 1 year warranty for the foam and the seat cover of the custom made seats as long as the use and maintenance follow our instructions. Moreover, we exclude damage on the seat cover that has occurred due to sharp items, cats or exposure to chemicals /petrol or other unidentified conditions like severe weather conditions.

Heated pads

We do not offer warranty for the heated pads and their accessories.
