ESPECIALLY FOR SEAT COVERS & SEATS
Our seat covers and seats are made to order, which means that they are customized according to the preferences of the customer. The customization options include material selection & combinations, stitching color as well as logo color & type (printed or embroidered). Therefore, for these products we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the products are damaged or defective upon arrival. Returns are also accepted in case there is a production mistake, which means that the seat cover/seat is not made as ordered.Moreover, we do not accept returns if the product is a seat cover and has been damaged while being installed or if it has been marked by ink, greases or other stains.
Please contact us to get a return approval number. You will be asked to send us related photos.
IN GENERAL
We accept returns within 30 days from the day of purchase.The returns are transacted by us within 5-7 business days. MotO.K. has the right to refuse money return or product change- replacement- repair of the product is damaged during shipping or if it is misused by the customer.Regarding damage during shipping from us it is necessary that you keep the packaging and that you contact us immediately. Please note that after 30 days there is a fee charged for any repair. Shipping of the returning product must be made by registered mail or using the courier company that we cooperate with. The shipping fee is charged on you and when our technical department approve that the products actually needs to be replaced, we will return the shipping fee to you. We remind you that in any case of return, you must first contact us in order to get a return approval number.
